When I was a little girl, no dvd available and technology still limited, no cellphone, no internet and evencomputer program is only could be understand by limited person. I remember my parents buy me a bedtime story-book by Enid Blyton, it title “Cerita Menjelang Tidur” in that book I read about Fairy, Dwarf, in a magical world. Enid Blyton is my favorite author on my childhood. I read her masterpiece : Famous five, tells about 4 teenagers named : Julian, Dick, George, Anne and Dog name Timmy, they always meets an adventure during their vacation. I missed them sometimes. I still have several of the Famous Five Series, and I never bored to read it again and again. Their first adventure is Five on a Treasure Island

The other story created by Enid that I love so much is about School Dorms such like : Malory Towers, St. Clare and Naughty Girl Series
Malory Towers is a story about Darrel Rivers and her friends who spending their school days on a dorm school. The other character is Alicia Johns, who has sharp tongue and likes to do a pranks to Mam’zelle (French teacher). At the first time Darrel wants to be Alicia’s best friend, but Alicia is already has a best friend named Betty and she’s prefer to be a best friend in pair not more than a two. On the first semester Darrel is looking for a best friend, she also meet Mary-lou a smaller and weaker girl in form, which is bullying by Gwendoline Mary Lacey a blonde and spoil girl. Finally, on the first semester Darrel meets Sally Hope who became her best friend, Sally is a mature and wise girl, but at the first semester on Malory Towers she was a quiet girl and hate his little sister. Reading Malory Towers series makes me feel that I grown up with them. On the fourth semester in Malory Towers Darrel back with her sister Felicity. The other interesting character on this series are Irene and Belinda, Irene is a genius on Music and Math and Belinda is genius on Art (drawing), she likes to draw a sour face of people. On their fifth semester Darrel shows her writing talent by writing a Cinderella Drama, and on the last semester closed by a bad luck of Gwendoline who must to leave Malory Towers earlier because her Dad is sick, her dreams to continue her study at Switzerland is broken, but it became a moment to her to transform to a better person.
